New games at Casino Tropez

by blogger

New games are always welcome, be it slots, roulette or a simple game of scratch cards. Online casinos have less trouble introducing new games as they’re restricted due to lack of space as is the problem with land based casinos. This is the reason why casinos sites offer new games and keep their players’ interested in their offerings.

Casio Tropez has introduced new games recently with one being on the theme of Halloween. The casino has offered a new slot game ‘Halloween Fortune’ which is just right in time for the special occasion. The casino claims that this game is bound to be a big hit as it has a Gamble option which allows players to double up their winnings.

Apart from the Gamble option, the game offers a spooky bonus round which gives free games to players. Those who check out this new slot can look forward to increased winnings as it includes a Dollar Ball side game. Players do not have to become wizards and witches to play this game nor need spells or potions to win. All they need would be to spin the reels and check what they’ve landed with.

Another game recently introduced at the site is ‘3 Clowns’ which is an online scratch card game. The casino claims players will enjoy the circus more than they ever did as a kid thanks to this interesting game. This is a circus-themed game which is fun to play. Players can win big if they get three clown symbols on their card. Anyone who gets these symbols has a chance of winning up to 10,000 times its value.

Other relatively new games at the site are Mr. Cashback and Tennis Stars. Both these games are slot based giving players ample chances to win big amounts. Mr. Cashback  is a revolutionary game in the sense that players get to win something even on non-paying lines. The game includes free games, freezing wilds and x2 multipliers.

Tennis Stars is as the name suggests a fast paced, sports based game. It has great graphics and offers fantastic prizes with its 15 free games.

Playing Backgammon Online

by blogger

The origin of backgammon is not precisely known and there are many claims about its origin with new archaeological findings suggesting that the game was in existence centuries ago. The history of this game is said to go back to about 5000 years ago in Mesopotamia, presently known as Iran, Iraq and Syria. It was called the Royal Game of Ur and archaeological findings suggest it was played with a board, two sets of checkers and couple of dice.

In the game of backgammon, the player has to bring all his checkers into his home board and then to get them off the board. The player who clears all his checkers off the board first wins the game. Backgammon is played on a board which has twenty-four triangles called points. The triangles are in two colours and are grouped six together to make four quadrants of six triangles each.

Players get points during the game play with the outermost point on a player’s board being twenty-point while it is one point for the opponent. Players have fifteen checkers each of their own colour and the initial arrangement of checkers is two on each player’s twenty-four point, five on each player’s thirteen point, three on each players’ eight point and five on each players’ six point.

The game requires a pair of dice and a doubling cube with numerals 2, 4, 8, 16, 32 and 64 on its sides, used to record the current stake of the game. Both the players have their own set of dice and a doubling cube.

Backgammon is played by moving checkers and involves other moves such as hitting and entering, bearing off, and also automatic moves in some cases. There are some online gaming sites which offer the game of backgammon while a limited number of casinos are known to have to this game. Players interested in this game can check it out at Play65.com which is a backgammon only site.
