Voisins du Zero

Voisins du Zero is a very famous roulette call bet. The phrase “Voisins du Zero” means “Neighbors of Zero”, which pretty much explains the main concept used in this betting system clearly. The goal is to cover all numbers near zero, covering 17 numbers in total.

Although this betting strategy may not be as highly used as other bet placements, being able to cover 17 numbers surrounding 0 can be quite rewarding indeed. To be able to use this particular bet placement strategy, you must play European roulette. You need 9 chips in total to cover 17 numbers surrounding 0. The covered numbers are 22,18,29,7,28,12,35,3,26,0,32,15,19,4,21,2,25.

2 chips are placed on 0, 2, and 3. Continue with placing 1 chip on the 4/7 split, 1 chip on the 12/15 split, and another one on the 19/22 split. Next, place 2 chips on the 25 to 29 corner bet, and one chip on the 32/35 split.

The strategy is a very rewarding indeed. If you hit any of the straight-up bets (0, 2, or 3), your profit would be 27 chips. Any of the split bets pays out 17 to 1, so your profit would be 9 chips if any of them is hit. The corner bet on the 25 to 29 allows you to break even, since the payout is 8 to 1 and your cost is 8 other chips.

In several casinos, you can simply call this bet and let the dealer places your 9 chips. However, make sure you know the basics before using this call bet.
